Ban removed

Now a days i am facing issues with my ping. previously it was around 200-250. i kno it is high bt atleast i was able to play, nw its around 300 and more hence getting redirected. Can anyone help me on it how to lower the ping. Please I like playing on this server.

No viruses in the PC and no over heating of the router. Wired connection. The issue with the ping started 2-3 days ago. Any suggestions on the tracert and ping results?? Please help

Overload on RETN/VegaTelecom gateway, I'll ask corresponding person on Monday if there anything he can do about it

try to change your cable connection, the one between your PC and the router..
it works with few people had the same issue before including me

PX bro did you check with the person regarding the Overload on RETN/VegaTelecom gateway, Please help me with it, Morning the ping is atleast around 280-300 but in the evening it goes worst around 400. I am missing the cs fun.

They keep saying like that, it the same with all the technical departments. But still bro in that case I will be missing the fun. Anything else that you can suggest that might fix the ping??

hmm.. Thats what we expected from them, but now the ping seems to be fine, but sometimes the issue occurs again mostly in the evening. But still thanks for looking into it.

try changin to local fibre optics.... the only prson i know of in mumbai is my sis.. she has a ping around 190 ( sorry 1st time entered forum... dont knw if this was the right way to reply)

Yet another false ban, this is the third time. I am getting pissed with this false bans. I am not a hacker and i dont need hacking to play and enjoy the game, Admin please look into this false reports. I may not be a pro but I do not hack and play a fair game. please help.

Thank you. But this is the third time and was a false report, so if possible whoever reported it should atleast be given a warning or some kind of temporary ban..

If you have the money then upgrade your bandwidth (or your connection speed to more than 8 Mbps and make sure it's unlimited...) or even better get a Fiber Optic cable installed if you can( I heard ACT Broadband services have started in Bangalore and Mumbai or ask your ISP if they have any Fiber option ).... Will do wonders on your Lat/Ping spikes will be less......

I understand but my ISP does not provide fibre optic yet, it may take decades for them to progress and the other option is better for upgrading the bandwidth but the charges are too high, so just waiting for a new job and mostly it will work out later. But till then I have to manage with this.

Even changed the cable connecting the router and my pc as suggested by Swing, still no effect.

Overload somewhere on Tier 1 networks, if network mappings are correct, your traffic going to Singapore, then Italy, and finishes here, on both between-countries links big ping grown, nothing to do here
