Now a days i am facing issues with my ping. previously it was around 200-250. i kno it is high bt atleast i was able to play, nw its around 300 and more hence getting redirected. Can anyone help me on it how to lower the ping. Please I like playing on this server.

try to change your cable connection, the one between your PC and the router..
it works with few people had the same issue before including me :unsure:

I respect your resolution, But No issue with the cable, my network is fine, read what PX said, its an overload at the gateway, He will check and let me know if there is any resolution to it. :)

PX bro did you check with the person regarding the Overload on RETN/VegaTelecom gateway, Please help me with it, Morning the ping is atleast around 280-300 but in the evening it goes worst around 400. I am missing the cs fun. :(

I asked the person, he passed information to corresponding department, and said, that will inform me when he gets any answer. But we both expect that answer will be "No problems on our side/non-priority traffic delays are within limits" -> "go away"

Try with 4G mobile network, there are many companies in India which provide 4G service.

I dont think so there is any 4G service provider in  my locality or any in Vasai. :|

Update: as was expected, we was completely ignored, so no chance to get this fixed

hmm.. Thats what we expected from them, but now the ping seems to be fine, but sometimes the issue occurs again mostly in the evening. But still thanks for looking into it. :)

Yo.. There's no other internet service provider, the one i have currently is the only one and they use this coax cables so no option for fibre optics..

Yet another false ban, this is the third time. I am getting pissed with this false bans. I am not a hacker and i dont need hacking to play and enjoy the game, Admin please look into this false reports. I may not be a pro but I do not hack and play a fair game. please help.

If you have the money then upgrade your bandwidth (or your connection speed to more than 8 Mbps and make sure it's unlimited...) or even better get a Fiber Optic cable installed if you can( I heard ACT Broadband services have started in Bangalore and Mumbai or ask your ISP if they have any Fiber option :lol:).... Will do wonders on your Lat/Ping spikes will be less......

I understand but my ISP does not provide fibre optic yet, it may take decades for them to progress :laughing: and the other option is better for upgrading the bandwidth but the charges are too high, so just waiting for a new job and mostly it will work out later. But till then I have to manage with this. :(

Even changed the cable connecting the router and my pc as suggested by Swing, still no effect. :(

A little help here plz..:)

Overload somewhere on Tier 1 networks, if network mappings are correct, your traffic going to Singapore, then Italy, and finishes here, on both between-countries links big ping grown, nothing to do here

Can't we or you or the network administrator make the our traffic (connection to the server) go on a better route? Guess through a shorter path or a less crowded DNS?
