Wrong. U still dont undestand IPTs principle - no matter who u are, no matter what and how much u did for the server, u will be banned if u brake the rules. You dont even imagine that how many "stars of server" was banned for the same or less when IPT and cs 1.6 were super popular (2007 - 2010). IPTs administration is much softer now than they were before but u can belive me this principle is still working even if sometimes admins close their eyes on some offenses.
I tell u this only for ur information and i hope after this u will stop create illusions about whats going on.

Thats precisly my point.  Back  in those  days the super popular stars started as every one else being ignorant and as 1.6 was too popular admins had to take strict actions to control the sv.  Having said that, now global offensive has taken over 1.6 and server is practically empty at times.. And such small puns in chat makes the game somewhat lively.

I think you are wrong in scaling the situation, Very wrong. When I got reported for Abnormal Behaviour I was getting some insults from a guy that should have got reported.
Also, who is to say what I write in chat was spam... I don't see scientific papers tossed around in chat.
If it was because it was bad english, only few poets I have met here through out the years.

How consedirate. Especially considering that in almost every ban I witnessed the one who got the ban got warned many times, Could be my age but still I don't recall any warnings.

At that moment means it wouldn't be annoying at other moments. Also, annoying does not mean Abnormal last I checked.
I will keep this in mind when I hear a bad joke (in my openion and mine alone) at the server I should report.
