i don't remember he called you this before your report but even if he did, its not enough to report him you can give him a warn or simply ignore him, i have witness similar cases here on forum and most of it ends up with a low skill ban against the people who acts like you.

if you want to put someone in ban thats ok, but you need to have him caught by something thats really make him deserve the 2 weeks ban

I met this person in game for first time , and his behavior in chat wasn't look appropriate to me . Firstly he clamed that he needs 5 mins to warm up before he'll start to f*** everyone . Then found best player (was me at the time) and started to make challenge by calling me bot and such . Then he started to show off with his stats , and finally came to straight insults . And after autoban for report he came back and started it allover again and this move made it personal . So yes i really think that he deserves 2 weeks to think about it =\ In fact i hoped to his stats will fall at this point , to cooldown his pride about them , but psychostat had some kind of glich and gave him even more in the time he was banned . So i started all this matter to check if it really was a glich or he avoided ban somehow .
ipt auto kick is messed up ! sometime player don't get kicked for foul lang :/ & that it’s okaay ’’ bot did the same fr me sometime back... starts challenging the current top players ! I was cool and was replying him in funny way then he calmed down but every one doesn't have the same attitude ! :D

you need to be careful while picking the words because some forbidden words could be a part of normal one like for example:
