For accusing others in using cheats without proofs and provoking them to use foul language. Also, you can tell him that if he see too much "bots" around, he should look into mirror, there he can find one real one

How you would prove it? Looking at bans history I see that this happening fourth time in recent time (not counting older history)

logan , just look how many reports he made . And iam almost sure , that half of them are false , or overrated . He reporting players for single team attacks , or newbies whos playing maybe second time in life , but doesn't match his "skill" , every one whos killing him are cheater ... thats what he screaming a lot in chat , but lately he knows that reporting cheaters are dangerous for him . Look at his reports ... low skill , team attack , ping limit violation ... soon it will be abnormal behaviour also , seems that hes not know what is it yet .  But every time he enters the server he reports 2-4 ppl for small things , and they get banned . Row of them playing first time and not bother to enter here and complain , so 4 times he banned for false reports are just small peace of what he deserve .
