I´m at my father´s flat today and have my PC with me.Want to connect to High latency but console types that my ip is banned.Obv my father doesn´t even know what cs is :) can u unbanned this Ip ? 89.111.69.62   
Or it migh be due to that this is not private Ip and that means that more people have same ip..right ?
