Open console and post screenshot from there

212.9.224.163:27016 - it's Low Latency server.
Try to enter to High Latency directly (without redirection from Low). Type in the console: connect 212.9.224.163:27015

When it failed to join - post a screenshot here.

I know, its because High Latency is hard to join afther lunch lime
but i'll give it a try..

Just did a searching off in some sites and i've found a solution..
first i had to struggle a lil bit cause it wasnt clear but the solution was

just deleting all the setinfo in your config. and put these in:

setinfo "nrate" "25000|101"
setinfo "lang" "en"
setinfo "_ah" "0"
setinfo "_vgui_menus" "0"

well, Thanks for helping me.. i'll certainly try your cs IRON mabye its better and easier then mine
